Q: What happens if I miss a dose of palbocent?
If you miss a dose of palbociclib or you are sick (vomit) soon after taking it, do not take an extra dose to make up for the one you missed. Keep to your usual amount and speak to someone in your treatment team.
Dosage & Administration:
Patients take a 125 mg capsule of palbocent orally once daily for 21 consecutive days, followed by 7 days of no treatment. This completes a 28-day cycle. Patients should take palbociclib (palbocent) with food. Administer the recommended dose of an aromatase inhibitor when given with palbocent 125 mg (Palbociclib). Doctors administer a recommended dose of 500 mg of fulvestrant on Days 1, 15, and 29, and once monthly thereafter when given with Palbociclib. Overdose: Doctors must monitor the patient for evidence of toxicity if an overdose occurs. Treatment of overdose includes monitoring of vital signs as well as observation of the clinical status of the patient.
